Hampton Inn Bowling Green

Just when I thought I could leave a glowing review, I encountered a pool that resembled a teenage party gone wrong and a front desk staff that just shrugged it off. Absolutely appalling. No fitness room to boot, and the decor is in desperate need of a touch-up. All this for a so-called premium experience?

Initial impression of staff at reception was poor. Breakfast of scrambled eggs that were little cubes was unimpressive.

enjoyed to be here, the hotel was overall clean and wonderful small, the location was comfy and quiet within walking distance of the stadium. my room was good-sized and well-stocked and included cable programming, a writing table and iron/ironing board. stayed there before now, the staff was as always especially helpful and very professional. location: the property was not far from a restaurants, and bowling green, oh.

The noise levels were unbearable!!! Maintenance on toilets and room cleanliness habits need immediate improvement!!! Confusion over room assignments and poor heating could greatly detract from anyone's stay!!!

The ubication

I would prefered breakfast had sliced ​​turkey and cheese. The staff are very friendly except a Mrs. who was on May 9 and10 , and was rude to my daughter and my client that day came to work with me at the hotel. The lady was very rude . In the 8 days I was at the hotel, my room was not vacuumed even once , which made ​​my grandson and my daughter sick and we had to take her to the doctor and they said it was allergy and in fact every time we left the room they felt better.

The staff was very nice and helpful the beds were comfortable bathroom was clean

there were stains on the carpet in my room the carpets were buckling in the hallway and you can tell there were stains on the walls in the hallway

the staff were friendly and accommodating, and the hotel is right next to a Starbucks and a Waffle House, making it super easy to grab a coffee or breakfast before heading out to explore the area.

Nice breakfast bar, clean restrooms, comfortable beds.

The pool is a bit murky. I stayed there a year ago and complained then that the pool wasn't clear, and nothing has changed. Also, (haha), last year the breakfast bar had big, beautiful donuts. This year, not a one. :) When I was lying on my bed the last night we were there, we found a head band between the corner of the bed and the headboard. Made me wonder if the sheets had been changed or not.

I really liked the location and the comfort of the room. The staff was very friendly and breakfast was the best I've ever had at a hotel.

The room was fine, but the pool area was not clean.

Water pitcher in lobby by coffee has warm water... Needs refreshed on routine basis/ schedule

I had left some important medical equipment in the room, called them, they found it and had it FedXed to my home in Florida. Very thankful for this service.

the staff are super helpful and caring about your stay and comfort. parking can be difficult at busy times.

The hotel and room was very clean. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was great with a nice wide variety. The sport facilities are good. the hotel even has a laundry room. Next to the hotel a restaurants and shops

The staff are efficient and the room is exceptionally clean and huge with all the modern amenities.
